If your plan is next to expire, take into account the following options to help you decide how to proceed regarding your needs.
Change Subscription
To update your subscription, follow these steps:
- Products: Go to the Admin Panel and click on Account > My Subscription. Select "Change My Subscription" to add a product. Compare your current plan with the new one and click “Next”.
- Plan: Choose a plan (Basic, Pro, Advanced) for your selected products. All products must share the same plan. Click “Next”.
- Usage & Configuration: Adjust the number of requests or impressions per month using the slider. Enable/disable the “Non-Stop Service” for each product. Click “Next”.
- Checkout: Enter your billing information, review the charges, accept the terms, and click “Pay now”.

Change Requests
If you’ve run out of requests and need to add more to your products, follow the steps below:
- Access Change Requests: Go to the Admin Panel and click on Account > My Subscription. Select "Change My Subscription" to modify the number of requests. Review your current plan and compare it with available options. Click “Next”.
- Choose a Plan: Select a plan (Basic, Pro, Advanced) that suits your needs. All services or requests must be managed under the same subscription plan. Click “Next.”
- Adjust Requests: Use the slider to adjust the number of monthly requests or impressions. You can also enable/disable the “Non-Stop Service” feature for each service. Click “Next.”
- Confirm and Pay: Enter your billing information, review the updated charges, accept the terms, and click “Pay now” to finalize the changes.

Non-Stop Service
Non-Stop Service allows you to configure the automatic purchase of requests or impressions packs when your account reaches the requests limit of your subscribed plan. This way, your service won't be stopped once your request limit is reached.
We strongly recommend activating this feature so that the layers, carousels, and quizzes remain available for your customers even in the event of unexpected spikes in demand that exceed the limit of your plan. Non-Stop Service will automatically provide the additional requests if needed.

Add a Query Pack
Packs are an ideal solution for managing short-term increases in search volume or impressions that exceed the number of requests included in your monthly plan. They are particularly useful during special promotions.

Expired Plan
If your plan has reached its limit, you can:
- Reactivate Your Subscription: You can reactivate your subscription by paying any pending invoices. This will restore your service immediately.
- Upgrade Your Plan: If you want to change your plan, you can do so by navigating to the Admin Panel and selecting Account > My Subscription > Change Subscription. Follow the prompts to select a new plan.
