If your plan is next to expire, take into account the following options to help you decide how to proceed regarding your needs.
Change Subscription
To update your subscription, follow these steps:
- Go to the Admin Panel and click on Account > My Subscription. Select "Change My Subscription" to change your plan.
- Choose another plan: Compare your current plan with the new one, select a plan, and click “Next”.
- Checkout: Enter your billing information, review the changes, accept the terms, and click “Pay now”.
Your changes will be applied on the date appearing beside your current plan on My Subscription panel. If you require further changes, click “Change Subscription” and follow the pop-up instructions.

Non-Stop Service
Non-Stop Service is a deprecated feature for new plans and subscriptions starting September 1, 2025. Service will no longer be interrupted if the subscribed requests or impressions are exceeded. If your usage goes beyond the included limits, you can upgrade to a plan that better suits your business.
Non-Stop Service allows you to configure the automatic purchase of requests or impressions packs when your account reaches the requests limit of your subscribed plan. This way, your service won't be stopped once your request limit is reached.
We strongly recommend activating this feature so that the layers, carousels, and quizzes remain available for your customers even in the event of unexpected spikes in demand that exceed the limit of your plan. Non-Stop Service will automatically provide the additional requests if needed.

Purchase a Pack
Packs are deprecated for new plans and subscriptions starting September 1, 2025. Service will no longer be interrupted if the subscribed requests or impressions are exceeded. If your usage goes beyond the included limits, you can upgrade to a plan that better suits your business.
Packs are an ideal solution for covering short-term increases in requests or impressions beyond those included in your plan. They are especially useful during special promotions or seasonal peaks.

Expired Plan
If your plan has expired, you can:
- Reactivate your subscription: You can reactivate your subscription by paying any pending invoices. This will restore your service immediately.
- Upgrade your plan: If you want to change your plan, you can do so by navigating to the Admin Panel and selecting Account > My Subscription > Change Subscription. Follow the prompts to select a new plan.
