Inside Doofinder’s a Home page will welcome you when opening the Admin Panel.
This front page aims to keep you up to date with Doofinder’s Assistant, stats, and the latest news about our products, so you will always know about the benefits of Doofinder and how to get the most out of it.
If you are in another section of the Admin Panel and want to return to the home page, simply navigate to the left-side menu and click on the “Home” section, marked with the house icon.
This is what you will find in the Home page:
Banner
Displayed at the top of the page. It will inform of Doofinder’s latest news, or it may direct you to other Doofinder links of interest.
Store Stats: Discover the Doofinder effect on your total sales
Quickly see how much of your store’s sales (across all its Search Engines) were influenced by Doofinder during a period.
Keep reading for details on each stat, or hover over the metrics to see tooltips that explain the data.
These graphs are available only for users with Single Script. To enjoy this feature, update your script.
1. Home Sessions Stats
Doofinder Sessions: the number of visits (sessions) to your online store that interact with a Doofinder product.
he chart displays how many sessions included interactions with any active Doofinder feature:
- Search: an interaction occurs when a customer performs a search or clicks on a result.
- Recommendations: an interaction occurs when a customer clicks on a product displayed in a Recommendations carousel.
- Quiz Maker: an interaction occurs when a customer completes a quiz.
Store Sessions: your global store’s traffic volume (does not take into account interaction with Doofinder).
Example: If your store has 1,000 total sessions, and users interacted with Doofinder in half of them, your metrics would look like this:
- Doofinder sessions: 500
- Store Sessions: 1000
2. Home Sales Stats
For data to be displayed, Sales Data configuration must be set.
Doofinder driven-sales: the total value of orders placed during sessions where customers interacted with a Doofinder product.
Gross sales: the number of items sold multiplied by their original price.
Example: If your store’s gross sales are $3,000,000 and Doofinder-driven sales are $1,000,000, the metrics will appear as:
- Doofinder-driven sales: $1,000,000
- Gross sales: $3,000,000
- % of gross sales from Doofinder: 33%
3. Home Conversion Rate
For data to be displayed, Sales Data configuration must be set.
Doofinder CR (Conversion Rate): the percentage of sessions where customers interacted with Doofinder and ended up making a purchase.
Store CR: the percentage of sessions in your store where customers made a purchase without using Doofinder.
Example: Out of 1,000 total store sessions:

200 sessions included interactions with Doofinder, and 50 of those resulted in a purchase. Doofinder CR = 25%

The remaining 800 sessions did not use Doofinder, and 80 of those led to a purchase. Store CR = 10%
Personalized Tips
Doofinder's Assistant will recommend features included in your plan that you haven’t yet activated in any of your stores, providing suggestions to enhance your eCommerce experience and drive sales growth.
At the bottom of each card, you will find a button linking to our Support documentation, where you can learn how to set up the feature.
This section will not appear if you are already using the features suggested by Doofinder’s Assistant.
