How can I cancel my subscription?
If you decide to cancel your subscription, go to Account > My Subscription, click on Cancel subscription in the bottom-left of the panel, a pop-up will appear, fill it to cancel your subscription.
Remember that canceling your subscription means canceling all Doofinder products.
If you are using SHOPIFY billing, you need to cancel the service from your Shopify and uninstall the Doofinder app.

Can I delete my account?
Yes, if you don’t have an active subscription or any pending invoices, you can delete your account. Go to Account > Profile > and at the bottom-left of the panel, click "Delete account".
After confirming the deletion, you will have 14 days to log in again and recover your account. Once this period passes, your account will be permanently deleted.
If you are the Owner of the account, deleting your profile will also delete all Stores under your ownership (including all Search Engine configurations) and remove all team members associated to those accounts. Proceed with caution before comitting to this action.

How much notice period is necessary to unsubscribe from Doofinder?
You can cancel at any time. Note that the cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period. Once cancelled, your service will remain active until that date, after which it will automatically switch to our Free plan.
For example, if you’re on an annual plan that ends in December 2025 and you cancel in August 2025, you’ll still have access to the service until December 2025. Your plan will not renew in January 2026.
Can I get a refund if I cancel before the end of the subscription?
We do not offer refunds for early cancellations as the service will be provided in the subscribed terms until the end of the period.
How can I change my plan?
You can update your subscription by navigating to the Admin Panel and selecting Account > My Subscription > Change Subscription. For more information, refer to How to change your Subscription.
What is included in my plan?
You can verify what is included in your plan under Account > My Subscription panel, where your current and active subscription will be visible, in there you can always visit your plan details.
Starting from September 1, 2025, your plan includes all Doofinder products. Depending on your selected plan (Basic, Pro, Advanced, or a Personalized plan) you will have different available features and allowed consumption of requests and impressions.

I have subscribed to a plan; how long does it take to be active again?
The activation of the service is immediate. If you proceed without seeing Doofinder running on your website, empty the browser's cache, and it will be activated.
Why am I receiving multiple invoices?
Certain services can be billed separately, resulting in the issuance of multiple invoices.
Can I use Direct Debit as my payment method?
If you are from a SEPA country, UK or USA you can use Direct Debit as your preferred payment method.
