The Store in Doofinder Admin Panel is linked to your primary web domain, hosting all functionalities. The Search Engine manages product data, applying various business rules. Each Search Engine has a unique "Hash ID" for synchronizing your website with rules and data feed. Stores can have multiple Search Engines for different languages.
Do I have to pay extra for adding additional Stores?
No, there are no additional charges for adding extra stores. Ensure that your existing plan adequately accommodates the usage across all your stores.
Can I include more than one currency per Search Engine?
Yes, it is possible to include more than one currency per Search Engine, thanks to Doofinder's multicurrency support. Where can I find my Store ID?
You can find your Store ID in your Admin Panel. Go to Configuration > General Settings and, at the top right corner of the page you will see your Store ID.
How can I delete a Store?
To delete a Store go to Configuration > General Settings, choose the Store you want to delete on the top bar. Scroll down to the end of the General Settings panel and click on “Delete store”. A pop-up will appear. Follow the steps to delete the store.
Remember that once you delete a Store all ongoing activity in all its Search Engines will be disrupted. This action cannot be undone.
Can I reactivate a deleted Store?
No, you can't. Once you delete a Store, this action is irreversible.
How can I delete a Search Engine?
To delete a Search Engine go to Configuration > Search Engines, choose the Search Engine you want to delete and click on the dropdown menu on the right-side of the SE. Select “Delete”. A pop-up will appear. Follow the steps to delete the Search Engine.
Remember that once you delete a Search Engine all ongoing activity will be disrupted. This action cannot be undone.

To publish a Search Engine you have two options:
- From Configuration > Search Engines > click on the three dotted menu on the right-side of the Search Engine. Click "Publish".
- From Configuration > Search Engines > click on the SE of your choice > go to the Setup tab. Enable the "Published" switch on the top-right corner of the panel.
